合同会社チルダワーク（以下「当社」）は、iPhone 向けゲーム「GLOWOUT」（以下「本ゲーム」）で扱う情報について、次のとおり定めます。

1. アカウントと個人情報

本ゲームには、会員登録やログインはありません。氏名、住所、電話番号、メールアドレス、クレジットカード番号などは、当社は取得しません。当社は、本ゲームのための独自のサーバーを持たず、遊んだ内容を受け取ることもありません。

2. お使いの端末に保存する情報

言語の選択、音のオン・オフ、最後に選んだモード、遊んだ回数（広告の間隔に使います）、「広告を削除」の購入の有無は、お使いの端末の中にだけ保存します。当社には送りません。アプリを削除すると、これらは消えます。

3. 画面のタッチと傾きセンサー

指の位置（タッチ）と、BALANCE モードでの本体の傾き（モーションセンサー）は、ゲームを動かすためだけに、端末の中で使います。記録したり、外部に送ったりはしません。

4. 広告（Google AdMob）

本ゲームは、広告の配信に Google LLC の AdMob を使っています。広告の表示や効果の測定、不正の防止のために、Google が、広告 ID（IDFA）、端末やアプリの情報、おおよその位置（IP アドレスから推定）、広告の表示・操作の履歴、動作の診断情報などを取得することがあります。

• 広告 ID の利用は、iOS の「トラッキング」（App Tracking Transparency）の許可をいただいた場合に限ります。許可しなくても、本ゲームは同じように遊べます（広告は、あなたに合わせない形で表示されます）。
• 許可は、端末の「設定」→「プライバシーとセキュリティ」→「トラッキング」から、いつでも変えられます。
• Google による情報の扱いは、Google のポリシーをご覧ください。

「広告を削除」を購入すると、全画面の広告は表示されなくなります。

5. アプリ内課金

「広告を削除」の購入は、Apple のアプリ内課金（App Store）で行われます。お支払いの情報は Apple が扱い、当社は受け取りません。本ゲームが確認するのは、購入が済んだかどうかだけです。

6. 第三者への提供

法令にもとづく場合を除き、当社が、情報を第三者に提供することはありません。なお、上の「4」と「5」の情報は、それぞれ Google と Apple のサービスの中で扱われます。

7. お子さまの利用

本ゲームは、13 歳未満のお子さまを主な対象としていません。お子さまが使う場合は、保護者の方がご確認ください。

8. 変更について

このポリシーを変えるときは、このページで、新しい内容をお知らせします。

TILDE WORK LLC ("we") explains below how the iPhone game "GLOWOUT" (the "Game") handles information.

1. Accounts and personal information

The Game has no sign-up or sign-in. We do not collect your name, address, phone number, email address or payment card numbers. We run no servers for the Game and do not receive any data about your play.

2. Information stored on your device

Your language, sound settings, last selected mode, number of games played (used to space out ads) and whether you bought "Remove Ads" are stored only on your device. They are not sent to us. Deleting the app removes them.

3. Touch and motion sensor

Finger positions and, in BALANCE mode, device tilt (motion sensor) are used on your device only to run the game. They are not recorded or sent anywhere.

4. Advertising (Google AdMob)

The Game shows ads through AdMob by Google LLC. To serve and measure ads and prevent fraud, Google may collect the advertising identifier (IDFA), device and app information, approximate location (estimated from your IP address), ad views and interactions, and diagnostic data.

• The advertising identifier is used only if you allow tracking through App Tracking Transparency. The Game works the same way if you don't (ads will not be personalized).
• You can change this at any time in Settings > Privacy & Security > Tracking.

Buying "Remove Ads" stops full-screen ads.

5. In-app purchase

"Remove Ads" is purchased through Apple's In-App Purchase (App Store). Payment information is handled by Apple and is never received by us. The Game only checks whether the purchase has been made.

6. Sharing with third parties

Except where required by law, we do not share information with third parties. The information in sections 4 and 5 is handled within the services of Google and Apple respectively.

7. Children

The Game is not directed primarily at children under 13. If a child uses it, a parent or guardian should review it first.

8. Changes

If we change this policy, we will post the new version on this page.
